Google Calendar & Email Communications

When you book a strategy consultation on our booking page (https://lp.zenerom.ae/book-strategy-session/), our system integrates with the Google Calendar API (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events) strictly to:

• Create the scheduled consultation event on the calendar.
• Generate a Google Meet video conference link for the session.
• Automatically dispatch an official Google Calendar invitation to the email address you provided.

We access only the appointment information necessary to schedule the session (name, email address, selected date and time). We do not access, read, or process your personal calendars, personal emails, Google Drive files, or contacts.

We may send transactional emails related to enquiries, consultation bookings, cost estimates, and service updates. These are direct service communications, not promotional newsletters.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We never share Google user data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or advertising networks. We never use Google data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
