Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies for clients across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage social media accounts, including daily posts, responses to comments, and engagement activities.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
• Use analytics tools to track social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop strategies for building social media communities and fostering engagement.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure content aligns with branding and messaging.
• Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Expert or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Expertise in creating content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and changes in algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
